Are the Tickets to the Royal Palace and Royal Galleries Madrid included if I make a reservation that includes a GUIDED VISIT?
If you book a guided tour of the Royal Palace, you will not receive your tickets via email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must go to the designated meeting point on the date and time of your guided tour (arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts), as indicated in your confirmation email. There, our staff will provide you with your tickets, and you can start the tour with your guide.
Are the Tickets to the Royal Palace included if I make a reservation that includes an AUDIO GUIDE?
If you book an audio guide, you must follow the instructions in your confirmation email for downloading or picking it up.
What documentation do I need for access to the Palacio Real Madrid?
You must carry your original physical ID (DNI) or passport.

Yes, there is no problem. You can present them in any digital format as long as the QR code is readable.
Do children need tickets to access the Royal Palace in Madrid?
Everyone needs a ticket to access to the Royal Palace of Madrid., regardless of age. Without a ticket, entry to the monument is not allowed.
Can I change or cancel my tickets to the Palacio Real in Madrid?
Once the reservation request is made, as stated on the website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process—including the final step where the withdrawal policy is accepted—no modifications, cancellations, or refunds are allowed for the tickets. No exceptions will be made for any reason (COVID, illness, work-related issues, trip cancellations, etc.), as published and defined by the FUNDACIÓN JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA (hereinafter, the "JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA"), the entity responsible for the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona: “Once tickets are purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted, and the purchase is final.” Once the purchase is completed, NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED, according to the public regulations of the monument, except in the following cases:
- If a purchased service cannot be provided due to the monument’s closure, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be automatically processed using the same payment method.
Can I use the right of withdrawal?
No, as stated in Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. Article 103 specifies exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

No, the visit takes place regardless of weather conditions.
What happens if the Galerías Reales and Royal Palace of Madrid are closed to the public?
In exceptional cases, the monument may notify us of a closure on very short notice. In this case, we can reschedule your visit for another day or provide a full refund. However, closures occur very rarely.
